Redacted certificates
Supplier certificates of analysis are available on request. Supplier details are redacted, so there's no route for anyone to go around you to the source.
Lot-number traceability
Every batch gets its own lot number on arrival, printed on every label and recorded against every order, so anything you sell traces back to its batch.

Trade quantities are usually sourced to order, so allow up to 14 working days. You'll always see the dispatch date before you pay. Where we hold enough UK stock, it goes out within 24 hours by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Yes. Every trade account signs our Trade Supply Agreement, whether or not you use our labelling. It covers reselling: how products are presented, your customers, traceability records and quality claims. You can read it in full before applying.
