The lot number is printed on every label, in the format ZEN-YYMM-NNN. This looks up any lot with a published independent result — for a supplier COA on any other product, just email us the order reference.
The full ledger
Every one of these has a supplier certificate of analysis on file, checked before it entered stock. Anything additionally marked below has been through an independent laboratory as well.
What “documented” means. A certificate of analysis arrived with the batch from our supplier, we checked it before the batch entered stock, and we can produce it for any partner who bought from that lot. It does not mean we have independently retested it — and we won’t call it verified until we have.
