Every order ships with Zenic labels as standard, or plain lot-numbered vials if you’d rather sticker them yourself — both available immediately, no approval needed. Want your own branding printed on the vial instead? That takes a short trade application, and it costs nothing: no setup fee, no per-label charge, no minimum run.

Why the template is locked

Three reasons, and none of them are about control.

It keeps you out of trouble

If you could upload a finished label, sooner or later one would arrive with a dosing instruction on it — and we'd have printed it onto a research chemical. A locked template means that can't happen, to you or to us. The compliance wording is already there, already correct, on every vial, without you thinking about it.

It keeps the labels legible

25 × 19mm is small. Cryo-grade stock behaves differently to paper, and some colours simply don't hold at −20°C. The twelve accent colours we offer are the ones we've print-tested. A logo dropped into a known safe zone comes out sharp; a free-form design at that size usually doesn't.

It keeps the lot number on the vial

Every vial carries its batch reference. That's what connects it to a test record, and it's what lets your customer check what they've actually bought. It stays on the label regardless of whose brand is on the front.

Getting set up

One afternoon, then never again.

Send your logo

PNG with a transparent background, or an SVG. Ideally your mark rather than a full horizontal lockup — there isn't much room at 25mm. If all you have is a wordmark, that's fine, we'll set it in type.

Pick a colour

Twelve options, all print-tested on cryo stock. If your brand colour isn't one of them we'll tell you the closest match and show you the difference before you commit.

Approve the proof

We send a mock-up of the finished label at actual size. Nothing gets printed until you've approved it in writing — that's as much to protect you from a reprint argument as us.

That's it

Saved to your account permanently. Every order from then on comes labelled without you doing anything. Change it later whenever you like, at no cost.
