Timings and handling
Dispatch times
Anything held in our own UK warehouse is dispatched within 24 hours of accepted payment, tracked. Compounds we don't hold are sourced to order and take about 14 days. Every product is labelled before you buy, and an order mixing the two ships together once everything has arrived.
Packaging
Vials are individually wrapped and packed so they can't move in transit. Outer packaging is plain and gives no indication of contents. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit and don't require cold-chain packaging, which is why they can be posted normally.
Storage on arrival
Refrigerated for short-term holding, frozen for longer-term. Keep away from light and avoid repeated temperature cycling — freeze-thaw cycles do more damage than steady cool storage. Bacteriostatic water needs no refrigeration. Pass this on to your customers; it's the single thing that most affects whether a product performs as tested.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking number is yours as soon as it's dispatched.
Failed or refused delivery
The carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel locally. You're responsible for the accuracy of the address you supply — we can't recover or redirect a parcel sent to an address given in error, and no credit is issued in those circumstances. Check addresses before you submit.
Damage or shortages
Report within 48 hours with photographs and we'll replace the item or credit your account.
Where we ship
We deliver to UK addresses, including offshore and the Highlands. We don’t ship internationally, and you shouldn’t export products supplied by us without speaking to us first — different jurisdictions treat these compounds very differently.
If you’re planning to sell outside the UK, tell us at application stage. It may not be a problem, but we’d rather discuss it before you place an order than after.
