Ordering

Who can buy from Zenic Labs?

Anyone in the UK, 18 or over. There's no application, no business name and no approval wait — create an account and you can order in the same session. A trade application is only needed if you want your own branding printed onto the vials.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Buy one vial or a hundred. Order 10 or more of the same compound and strength and you drop onto the box rate automatically — the price changes in your cart as you adjust the quantity.

What's the difference between the single price and the box rate?

Quantity. Buy fewer than 10 of a product and you pay the single-unit price. Hit 10 of the same compound and strength and you drop onto the box rate, which is substantially cheaper per vial. Ten at a time is faster for us to pick and label, and the saving goes back to you.

Does the box rate apply per product or per order?

Per product. A box is 10 units of the same compound and strength. You can order as many different boxes as you like on one order.

Why are your prices public?

Because hidden pricing exists so the seller can work out what you'll tolerate before quoting. We'd rather you saw the number, compared it against whoever you're buying from now, and came back if it's better.

What are the CHECK FIRST and NOTE tags on the catalogue?

NOTE means the compound has a licensed equivalent in the UK. CHECK FIRST means it sits in the GLP-1 or hormone class and carries the most regulatory exposure. Both are supplied for laboratory research use only, like everything else on the site.

Delivery and payment

How much is delivery?

£5 per order, not per unit, tracked — and free on orders over £50. Three vials going to the same address is still one £5 charge.

How quickly do orders dispatch?

Anything marked in stock leaves our UK warehouse within 24 hours on Royal Mail Tracked. Anything marked to order is sourced for you and takes about 14 days. Every product says which it is on the catalogue and on its own page, and a mixed order ships together once the slowest item lands.

How do I pay?

Cryptocurrency at checkout, paid up front. Bank transfer is available on request — email us and we'll send details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not currently. UK addresses only.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund it.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and we'll refund you within 14 days of the vials coming back. The one exception is a vial whose seal has been broken — once that's open we can't verify how it's been stored and it can't go back into stock, so it's exempt. Unopened, seal intact, no problem.

Testing and quality

Is everything independently tested?

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Every batch we list arrives with a certificate of analysis and nothing enters stock until we've checked it — compound identity, purity, and that the lot on the paperwork matches the lot in the box. On top of that we're independently retesting the catalogue as we go. The first result is back: BPC-157 at 99.892% purity via Janoshik in the Czech Republic. Each product page tells you exactly which stage that specific batch is at.

What makes your testing different?

Where a batch has been independently tested, the result carries a task number and a unique key, and the link goes to Janoshik's own system rather than a PDF we host. You check it on their record, not our word. Most suppliers hand you a certificate from their own manufacturer and stop there.

Can I get the certificate of analysis?

Yes — email us the lot number from any batch you've bought and we'll send it. No conditions, no minimum spend.

Can I test the product myself?

Absolutely, and we'd encourage it. Take a vial from your own stock and send it to any accredited laboratory you like — we have no relationship with any of them and no say in the result. Send us the report and we'll publish it on our testing page, with your name on it if you want the credit.

Is Zenic Labs legit?

Judge it on what's checkable, not what's claimed: a real independent lab result you can look up on the laboratory's own system, a lot number on every vial that ties back to its batch, and an open invitation to send your own vial to a lab of your choosing.

How do I check a batch?

Every vial carries a lot number in the format ZEN-YYMM-NNN. Look it up on the batch ledger and it will tell you exactly what documentation exists for that specific batch. A supplier certificate and an independent result are different things, and we label them differently.

Labelling

What labels do the vials come with?

Zenic labels as standard — our branding, the compound and strength, the lot number and the research-use wording. If you'd rather sticker them yourself, choose plain vials at checkout and we'll ship them unlabelled, lot-numbered. Both are available immediately, no approval needed.

Can I have my own branding on the vials?

Yes, through a short trade application. You send a logo, pick an accent colour and approve the proof; we print it on cryo-grade stock and apply it before dispatch. No setup fee, no per-label charge, no minimum run.

Can I upload my own finished label design?

Not as standard. The compound name, strength, lot number and research-use wording stay fixed on every vial, so a dosing instruction can never end up printed on a research chemical. Fully custom designs are considered case by case for established partners. GLP-1 compounds (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide) are excluded from custom branding altogether — they ship with Zenic labels or plain, never yours.

Can I change my label design later?

Any time, free. It's saved to your account and applies to every order until you change it.

Trade applications

Do I need a trade account to order?

No. Ordinary accounts can buy the whole catalogue at the same published prices. A trade account exists for two things: reselling what you buy from us, and having your own branding printed on the vial.

Do I need a limited company?

No. Sole traders are fine. We ask what you sell and where, because the application is reviewed by a person rather than approved automatically.

What do you look at when reviewing an application?

Your website, mostly. We're checking how the products are described — whether it reads as a research supplier or a supplement shop with a disclaimer at the bottom. Dosing protocols, before-and-after photos and health claims are what get an application declined. If that's the only problem we'll tell you exactly what to change rather than just saying no.

I haven't launched my site yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. Put a social page or write 'not live yet' and explain what you're planning in the notes. We'd rather talk to you before you build than have you launch something we then can't supply.

How long does approval take?

A person reads every application, usually within 24 hours and always within two working days. You can keep ordering normally in the meantime — approval only unlocks custom branding.

Are your suggested retail prices realistic?

They're set by checking what UK peptide sites actually charge for the same compound and strength, then pitching slightly under the middle of the market. It's a suggestion, not a condition — price higher and you simply make more.

Still stuck?

Ask us anything before you order — including the awkward questions about sourcing and testing. We’d rather answer them now than have you find out later.
